Our place is Centrally Located in Waco. You are close to a Target, a Starbucks and HEB...not far from Baylor and Magnolia. The house is tucked away on a peaceful, quiet street. The layout of our house provides a big open living space that is great for families (with kids) and big groups. If you love to cook, our kitchen is a great space to host.

Summary: We loved staying at the German Schmear house! The house is beautiful and it was great to see some of Chip and Joanna's touches still there! We really enjoyed the opportunity to stay in a "fixer upper" house.Every communication with Jeffrey was seamless and he always responded to our questions timely.The house was close to many places we wanted to visit and there were several stores nearby for anything that we needed.Our only issue (no fault of the owners) was with the neighbor directly across the street who would sit in his car and play loud music. It was a little off putting but we made the best of it.
