Garden House - Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet still conveniently located. Garden House is less than a 10 minute ride to All Star Village baseball tournaments in Oneonta NY. It is also in close proximity to SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College in Oneonta. Other attractions near by include Gilbert Lake State Park, Ommegang Brewery and The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.
It sits on a well groomed lot with floral gardens that have been planned to be in bloom continually from early spring to late summer. There is a pleasant stone patio in the back yard that is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large well-groomed back yard. Plenty of room to practice baseball skills!

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - one bath on each floor. The baths have been updated with contemporary tile work. The interior is very well kept and has a comfortable inviting atmosphere.
