Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location had an incredible view. The staff has a very hard job to do and unfortunately no matter how polite they are, the guest will challenge them and make their jobs more difficult. So unfortunately they can’t keep up with the demands and wear and tear.

Negative: Inside thermostats were set between 65 and 70 every day all day long with no blankets or means to control the temperature. Uncomfortable and unseasonably cold. I also did not like the excess of hair all over the women’s sinks countertops and floors. Women are absolutely disgusting and if anyone says, otherwise, it’s a bold face lie. Guests do not clean up after themselves, they do not remove biohazards from the sink countertops and toilets and because the common areas are only cleaned once a day in the late afternoon it’s not enough to prevent the nastiness from becoming a hazard to others. I ended up with COVID from the facility due to an abundance of infected travelers and transients staying in the facility. Just grossly inadequate hygiene precautions. I chose to give the facility 1 rating when I came back to the place to find wet clothes, towels, and soiled panties hanging in the designated luggage carousel. There is literally everyone’s dirty laundry being hung from whatever apparatus people can find. So disappointing that the people who own and designed the concept had a different idea about how people conduct themselves and I suppose they thought the cultural norms where the First Cabin concept originated was sustainable in America. Sorry but American travelers are horrible and inconsiderate.

Summary: I will never stay in a place like that again.
