Positive: The house was clean, we loved the service and they assisted us with everything we needed, we felt that the big window needed curtains or blinders and they came and put them. The house had what we needed, the kitchen had all appliance that we needed. Beds and bathroom clean.

Negative: We loved everything about the house exept that the backyard wasn't like we expected, it wasn't as clean as we would have liked, just because the grass was dirty more like stone/sand /grass mix that was everywhere. The yard is full of beautiful trees but that caused it to be full of leaves and also in the pool. The pool was cold and not able to heated, would have been nice to know that in advance. In some cases people can pay to have it heated but not in this one.

Summary: Had a great stay, everything was clean and had everything we needed.Backyard bit dirty and cold pool
