Unit is fully furnished and there is tons to do and see including Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Jamestown, Jamestown Settlement, Yorktown, Yorktown Battlefield, President's Park, Shopping and much much more. Helpful Hints: This 1BR unit offers a king size bed and a sleeper sofa in the licing area, full kitchen except no blender, washer/dryer, linens and kitchen utensils. Discount store within walking distance Outlet shopping, chain eateries, two grocery stores within a couple of miles This is a non-smoking resort. This property has a $10/day amenity fee which includes numerous amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices ($50 weekly value), unlimited use of arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, popcorn, mini-golf, tennis, and kid's activities (crafts and games). The arcade is not just a game or two it is a huge arcade that kids of all ages will enjoy. I have never see any resort property with an arcade anywhere near this nice.
