4 Bedroom House in Daytona Beach Shores, Daytona Beach
This house is perfect for large groups, or multiple families. Itβs two house in one! With a 5 min walk to the beach and an awesome landscaped back patio grilling area with hot tub, pool, and ping pong table and pool volleyball net!
The bottom house has two bedrooms and two bath. The master bedroom there is a super comfortable king a walk in closet with shower in the bathroom. the second bedroom is Equipped with 3 twin bunk beds we also have a queen blow up mattress for larger groups. Guest bath has a brand new extremely clean deep jetted tub. The garage is used for our private storage. A large open concept living/dining and kitchen area with a small work place for those who have to spend a little Time working while you stay!
The second floor has its own entrance on top of the main house. This house has two bedrooms and one bath.
The master room has a king size bed and the second room has a total of 4 twin beds. One bunk bed and one trundle bed.
We also have a pull out couch. In the living room.
We love walking to breakfast. there are multiple options within 5-10 min
Boat/jet ski rentals only a 5 min walk. A perfect day for us is walking to
Breakfast and then straight from breakfast hop on a jet ski and cruise the river.
The beach is another option after breakfast we often do then come home hit the pool and hot tub and order pizza. There are a ton of other things to do there in Daytona. Just about all Daytona has to offer is within a 10 min drive from the house.
There are two cameras outside of the property, recording the entrance and the driveway.
