Summary: Mostly troubling was that we were on the ground floor and the sliding window was unlocked. It would have been easy to step into the room. The room was very cold upon arrival. Two light bulbs were burned out so we had minimal light. The breakfast was minimal with burnt waffles remnants in the waffle maker. No yogurt or protein choices. The door to the second entrance was unlocked and there was a broken down car with flat tires right outside of this alternative enterance.
