Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Hot tub, fenced yard, roomy, modern appliances, well set up kitchen, gas fireplace, near dog park by car, private yard and house, pet friendly, owner responded quickly when we had a question about wifi. Plenty of dishes, cookware and spices for cooking, very nice. Owner left us a nice note and chocolate bar for our arrival.

Negative: Heater in dining room did not go on, probably just pilot light out. We could have called owner to light the pilot but we declined to do that. While the house is private, which is appreciated, there is also no view. There were no instructions on what was expected at "closing up", such as whether to put dirty towels in washer, or leave in bathroom, etc.

Summary: We had a good visit at the house and would rent it again.
