Positive: The cleanliness and all the public areas and the helpfulness of the staff

Negative: We picked a weekend to stay when they had a child's birthday party in the pool area so we weren't able to use those facilities due to the kids being out of control, jumping in the hot tub, screaming and just overall being kids.
