Summary: Staff was difficult to reach, room was really in need of vacuuming and in disrepair and had been that way at lease since the same time late year. We stay there when we have no other choice and the last 2 yrs we have. we were given the same room and again the same problems I told them about last year were still there this year. I told the attendant that this year I wanted a discount on my room. He said the manager would call me but never has. Also the continental breakfast is now down to the very bear minimum and should even be mentioned as one. As I told the attendant I want a discount on my room! Lets see if they care or are just hoping I go away.
