The Space:
Our bright ground floor apartment suffers no light lost - with full sized windows that canvas the space, guests can enjoy all of the comforts from home while living like a well situated local!
We can comfortably sleep 6 guests with:
- a queen sized bed in the master bedroom,
-a trundle bed (opens up to two singles) in the second bedroom,
- a queen sized futon in the living room large enough for 2.We can also provide a portacrib for your traveling infant/toddler upon request.
Newly renovated with all modern conveniences and finishes, the exterior of the home's original brick support columns and architecture stand in beautiful contrast to the polished mid century modern style space, and all of the modern comforts of home. Scandinavianaccents blend with the mid century decor creating a clean, contemporary space ready to make your own.
Transport yourself from the Nation's capitol to a beachy escape in the master bedroom - complete with en suite bathroom with rain shower head.Vibrant hues of blue, eye-catching accessories, and subtle nods to coastal icons contribute in achieving the cool calm coastal decor of the space.
The second bedroom is ideal for kiddos with a trundle bed that pulls out to two singles. Super fun "dog selfie" wallpaper makes for a great conversation piece, and guests can see if they can name the various landmarks in the photos! Harkening back to the beachy theme, the "selfies" rest on a wooden planked background - reminiscent of a beach bungalow.
