Relaxing Ranch on 6 acres, 3 king beds , 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, plus 12 twin rollaway beds to sleep up to 21.....huge area to gather and entertain on back deck featuring outdoor fireplace, 2 grills, large campfire area, large covered BBQ Pavillion, outdoor pool with cave waterfall, heated hot tub, 5 horses roam and interact with guests...two of them miniatures.....Ping pong, checkers, horseshoes ,cornhole games and volleyball court outside. Interior features two full size refrigerators, double ovens, large kitchen island w beautiful granite countertops open to living room w fireplace, player piano, ..fun game room with buck hunter and packman arcade games, Very private, ..fenced...great place for large groups to have fun and make lifelong memories!! Note: we do not provide discounts if the hot tub is in operable, but we will do our best to try and get technicians out if needed however, because of their schedules, we cannot guarantee they can get there during your stay.
