This three-bedroom, two-bath, waterfront home is on the water in Crystal River. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own Master Bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and in the third bedroom there is a day bed. There is also another full bathroom located in the hallway. There is an outside shower in the huge screened patio. The entire floor is professionally tiled in hand-selected Mexican tile. Imported sinks in the bathrooms and specialty hardware & hand painted tile from Mexico adorn the rooms, resulting in an exotic, Spanish-style feel. There is a high-efficiency washer and dryer. This stunning, waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access, and direct access to Kings bay. There is a 27.9 foot floating dock, 2 Jet Ski Docks, electrical outlets and fresh water at the dock. There are two kayaks included for use.

This property is in a fabulous location . Home is located on a large canal that leads to Crystal River and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a boat ramp about 2 miles down the road at the Days Inn Hotel. The property is perfect for fisherman, boaters, scallopers and snowbirds. The Crystal River Archaeological State Park and the Crystal River Preserve State Park are about a mile away. Both Parks offer several trails for hiking or biking. Other fun places to visit are Three Sisters Springs, located in Crystal River, Homosassa Wildlife Park, located in Homosassa, and Rainbow Springs located in Dunnellon. All of these places are within 30 minutes of our property. Shopping and restaurants are just minutes from our property.
