Summary: The location entrance was not very clear you have to go through the parking lot for IHOP to get to the hotel. The main hotel door looked neglected with piles of leaves and not too welcoming. The room had a welcoming musty smell not properly cleaned and then my children saw a roach on the bathroom wall. The tub was not properly cleaned you could see grime and there was no shower gel, I went to the front desk to let them know and I was handed two bottles because the one in the walls have not been working. The TV in the room is manual and still uses cable. There is potential for making this place better. The breakfast was same everyday scramble eggs and oily sausage, very hard bagels that looked like they've been there for a little longer. The staff interaction was good except for one who did not seem quite happy.
