Beautifully decorated cozy 2/2 condo in South Fort Myers area ! Only 15 min away from Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches! Excellent location with library near by ( walking distance) , grocery stores, restaurants, Lakes park and more. Condo located on a second floor in a small quite community with its own pool and tennis court. Beautiful condo with hard wood floors in the living and kitchen areas, carpet in bedrooms and tile in bathrooms. Large size lanai with nice beautiful view! This property is only available for renting Monthly! Association requires every renter to fill out an application. Fee is $150 and background check $75.
