The pool will also be closed Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 until further notice. However, this does not affect the pristine beach, spacious grounds or the awesome view. It has not affected our guests to any great extent so far as most are out sight seeing, on the beach or exploring the island during the day. Once you arrive and if you find the construction situation to be too much and decide to leave, we will refund any unused days in full. Please feel free to request more information if needed.***

This modern vacation condo "Hale Luana" (pronounced ha-lay loo-ah-nah) is located in Punalu'u on Oahu's North Shore. In Hawaiian, it means 'house of leisure, to enjoy pleasant surroundings, to enjoy oneself, relax, and be content'. This is not Waikiki!
This bright, open and airy fully furnished and equipped beachfront condo will provide you with comfort and convenience during your Hawaiian Holiday.
The fully appointed kitchen has newer appliances, beautiful cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. It is fully equipped...and we mean FULLY!
All you need is your food! The unit also has a newer washer/dryer for your convenience.
The full bathroom has a shower/tub combination accented with a Hawaiian touch to give you the feeling of the tropics.
The sleeping area has a queen size bed with newer linens and privacy screen and is separate from the kitchen and living area.
Additionally, there is queen size sofa/sleeper in the living area with a newer mattress (very comfortable), as well as HD Cable TV, with Music Channels and DVD/CD player. There are some DVDs, CDs, books, magazines and board games. Oh Yes...a strong Free WiFi and free parking included.
Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and BBQ/picnic supplies are also provided.
Enjoy spectacular sunrises and 180 degree ocean views from the lanai, which also overlooks the park-like grounds and sparkling swimming pool. The lanai is the perfect place to start your day with a fresh cup of Kona Coffee or Herbal Tea enjoying the sunrise and gentle ocean breezes. You might even catch a glimpse of the occasional sea turtle, Hawaiian Monk Seal, or whale greeting the day.
Clear evenings bring the glistening moon light over the water.
Hale Luana is located in the legendary 'Pat's at Punalu'u', reminiscent of the earlier days of Hawaii Five-0. This is the “other side of the island…the “real Hawai’i”. The garden-like grounds and expansive grassy areas are spotted with shady palm trees and fragrant plumeria trees. Picnic tables and lounge chairs are provided for your relaxation.
The pool area has chairs and umbrellas. The property also has a new modern beachfront fitness center. There is a BBQ area for your use, as well. The complex features 24/7 security, 2 elevators, and free designated parking.
Pat's at Punalu'u Condominium is a totally Drug Free/Smoke Free Complex. We do have designated smoking areas away from the main building.
