Next door to Magnum PI shooting location with gated entrance and your own private parking this studio looks like a first-class Apartment Suite with air conditioning, two queen size beds and a roomy dining area. This location is not only historical from the numerous movies shot on-site like Hawaii Five O and Magnum PI cross over episodes but is also an Hawaiian Landmark with a turtle pond "Pahonu"' built by the Ancient Hawaiians and safe for the children to swim in. The beach next to the property is pristine, safe and ideal for snorkeling. Waimanalo is known for its long white sandy beach, the longest stretch of sand on the island. Close by we have a small grocery store type 7-11 and several local restaurants, one mexican ' Sergio ' and the other serve all the favorite local dishes ' ONO Steaks '. The closest towns are Hawaii Kai and Kailua, located 15 minutes away by car and Waikiki at 35 minutes.
