Totally renovated in 2021 / 2022, this fully updated residence is now available for the last two weeks of July 2022 and all of August 2022. The home is located on well over a full acre and is surrounded by 25+ acres of public conservation land, which makes this estate incredibly private.
The 5,200 sqf home is located less than a mile from the ocean beaches and Village of Amagansett. In fact, as the crow flies, the home is located just 950 yards from the Atlantic ocean beach, which means that you can very clearly hear waves on quieter nights.
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed with an open concept layout showcasing tremendous natural lighting throughout. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features two dishwashers, high-end appliances such as a 48" Wolf range with a griddle and char broiler, two ovens, and a quiet commercial-grade exhaust system over the range, as well as a beautiful over-extended kitchen island. Just off the kitchen lies a bar area with a 300-bottle wine fridge and an ice maker along with a second sink.
Beyond its expansive living area and dining room with wet bar, the first floor features a primary suite and an additional en-suite guest bedroom. Flawlessly connected with a unique floating staircase, the second level is comprised of a second primary bedroom suite and two guest bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with a private full bathroom across the hall. The lower level of the home features a 6th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private workspace / study area with hardwired CAT6 ethernet for speed, a gym featuring a Peloton, a water rower, a Mirror, and free weights. Summary: We visited from Europe and fhad a beautiful and relaxing holiday at Blake’s property. The house is wonderfully furnished and equipped, modern and very airy and bright. The outdoor area is everything you ever wished for: great pool, outdoor kitchen with dishwasher, outdoor dining area, finnish sauna…We loved the location of the house since it was very quiet and peaceful and still close to the beaches and some nice cities like Amagansett, East Hampton, Montauk.Blake was extremely responsive and helped us with every question we had. Check in was very easy and there was an extensive guide to the house and the neighborhood. We had a wonderful time and if we come back to the Hamptons again we will definitely book Blake’s house.
