Beautiful space and sunlight await at this Honokaa villa, nestled at the edge of a private pond in a tranquil garden setting. With a breezy lanai and window-lined sunrooms stretching the length of the house, this is a place for unwinding in peace and quiet with a lovely view of the tropical landscape.
This two-story villa is made up of a main home and an Ohana suite, less than four miles from the small village of Honokaa. It's the perfect setting for an extended family or a group of friends looking to relax, catch up, or spend time exploring the native arboretum at Kalopa State Recreation Area (three miles). Waipi'o Black Sand Beach is within a 13-mile drive as well.
Begin each day out on the lanai, breathing in the fragrant air with a mug of local coffee in hand. The house was designed for true indoor/outdoor living, with pocket doors opening from the lanai to two sunrooms, the living room, and one of the bedrooms. Inside, the rooms are large and the ceilings lofty, creating a wonderful space to gather. Cook with ease in the open kitchen, gather for meals at the dining room table, and end each evening with a movie in the living room.
Of the three bedrooms in the main home, one is an expansive primary suite attached to a sunroom. It enjoys access to both the lanai and a deck, offering its own record player and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a shower, and a jetted tub with a volcanic rock wall.
The Ohana suite awaits across a covered patio, where you'll find another living room with a TV and an eat-in kitchenette (with a refrigerator/freezer and cooktop, but no oven). It features a loft-style sleeping space upstairs and both a deck and patio overlooking the garden.
