5209 Hampton Place is a three bedroom, three bathroom end unit with incredible views and the capacity to accommodate 10 guests.
The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for tons of beautiful natural sunlight, a flat screen TV and access to the private wraparound balcony. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, an eat-at bar, perfect for coffee in the morning, and quaint sitting area with access to an additional private oceanfront balcony. Additionally, there is a dining area with seating for six.
The master bedroom has amazing ocean views, a king bed and access to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a double sink vanity, deep garden tub and a stand-alone shower. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed and ocean views. The second guest bedroom features two full beds and those same great ocean views that the other rooms have to offer.
