Take a stroll to downtown and experience all Carmel has to offer from world class-dining, casual cafes, art galleries and unique shops. From golfing and hiking, to scenic drives and winery tours, there is really something for everyone in your group to enjoy around the central coast and Monterey Peninsula.
Living Space
While the home is on a sloping, the interior of the home is all on one level.
Enter the front door into the warm living room with vaulted ceilings, wood floors with area rugs, a library of books and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cool coastal evenings. The home has a selection of games for board game enthusiasts.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen features abundant counter space, a gas range and a corner window near the sink.
The dining area has a wooden table and chairs that seat six, charming built-in shelving displaying some simple treasures and a large window flooding the space with natural light by day.
Outside
Outdoor living is easy with an ocean view balcony, a large, fenced yard and seating that includes a bench, 2 loungers and a table and chairs that seat 4. A charcoal Weber grill is on hand for the grill master in the group.
