This light and airy 2,800 sf, four-bedroom, three-bathroom, recently fully-remodeled, modern-style home is located within a short walk to Mission Ranch and Carmel River Beach.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and so many fun things to do at this beautiful home, Here Comes Sunshine is perfect for couples vacationing together, multi-generational family retreats and many other traveler configurations. Easy access to beaches, Point Lobos State Reserve, day trips to Big Sur and everything the Monterey Peninsula area has to offer.
The front patio has a seating area for 6 around a fire pit and a built-in gas BBQ grill, along with a large 3-hole putting green, a bocce ball court and attractive landscaping surrounded by privacy fencing.
Living Spaces
On the main (lower) level of the home, the living room has a wood-burning fireplace, TV and a sectional sofa and chairs.
Upstairs, a separate family room has an L-shaped sofa and direct access to the large upper deck with seating options that include a bistro table with two high chairs and a large outdoor sofa with cushions placed near a fire pit table. From this vantage point, views of the nearby Santa Lucia mountains can be enjoyed, and glass-paneled railing helps to block the wind.
Kitchen and Dining
The large, well-appointed kitchen is sleek and modern with conveniences like a wine refrigerator and an under counter microwave. Ample counter space and stainless steel appliances like the 5-burner gas range will please even discriminating chefs. The kitchen is in an open-concept arrangement with the living room and this large space is the perfect place to gather everyone together.
