Whether you're relaxing in the great room or preparing delicious meals in the kitchen, the combination of comfort and functionality provides a delightful experience inside this beautiful home. The 1st-floor master suite provides wide tidal views, a spa-like bath, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom, also located on the first floor, includes a king size bed with private access to the bathroom. Ascend the spiral staircase to discover a large loft with two twin beds and a half bath, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind and enjoy. You will have access to enjoy our complex's pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Parking in driveway for 2 cars, one fits in the garage, and the other behind in the driveway.
