The Palm Tree Resort is a private gated, three quarter of an acre resort located directly on the Gulf in a premier section of Morton Street. Enjoy memorable vacation or reunion moments from your stay in this three-bedroom and 2 baths home. Our newly built 20 ' by 40' pool has a shallow entry for small children to play; while other family members swim in the seven-foot depth area. Relax in the large spa that seats up to 8. An exhilarating experience awaits when you are seated in the pool directly below the two overspilling spa waterfalls. The pool is salt water chlorinated with LED night light. Optional heat is available at $200 per week. Unwind and sunbath on the large pool deck at the same time as you lounge in our cozy and comfy furniture.
Delight in the unobstructed 120 ft of Gulf shoreline with a custom-built entry for swimming or kayak launch. Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are conveniently available (please return to designated areas).
Relax and stroll down the meandering front garden paths in the large, certified Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. Enjoy the special host plantings, while listening to mourning doves and many other birds who visit daily. The soft night lighting with the abundance of stars is a real treat.
Relish in the open concept home with spectacular gulf and sunset views. The cathedral ceiling with two fans adorns this a large living room dining room and kitchen with several sliding glass doors leading out to the screened in lanai to relish the breezes. The comfortably furnished living room includes a 60" TV on a rotating arm for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped for your entertaining including a Jenaire grill stove; side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door; glass front Summit beverage/wine cooler; Bosch dishwasher; oven; microwave, Keurig coffee maker and garbage disposal. There is a brand-new large capacity washer and dryer in a separate laundry room located conveniently in the middle of the home.
The bedrooms are in separate wings of the home. The master bedroom suite encompasses the full width of the home with a private bath and king size bed. The opposite annex contains two bedrooms and full bath. The gulf view bedroom hosts queen size and one twin bed with sliding glass doors to the big screened in porch. The other bedroom with a queen size bed is in the front portion of the home overlooking the garden. The second bathroom contains a bathtub with glass shower enclosure. The screened in porch hosts a dining and lounging area to relax and watch the wildlife and sunsets.
On the first level is a game room and quiet reading space overlooking the pool and Gulf. The sliding glass door permits easy access to the half bath from the pool deck. A covered patio awaits to offer the shade as you listen to the Gulf and pool waterfalls. Dock can only have one boat. No use of boat lift. Please do not walk on or tie off to.
We are now accepting small dogs under 30 pounds. They will need to be approved and there will be an additional fee.
