Minimum Age of Renter is 21 years old. The renter must provide to the Host the name and address matching the identification that will be used for the reservation/provided to the front desk for check-in. This is needed so the resort can identify you at time of check-in and for no other purposes. Please send this information directly to the host within 7 days from time of booking--or if booked within 7 days of check-in, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide identification information so the reservation may be fulfilled. The renter must be present at the time of check-in.
You are liable for any damage you may cause to the property and/or unit. In such case, the resort and/or VRBO reserve the right to contact you to obtain funds for any non-coverable charges for the damage caused.
You, as the renter, are responsible for any of your guests on property and/or in the unit.
