My units are in 3 story cabins in the area known as the Valley, Buildings 1 thru 25 on the map. This is very private and quiet area of the resort. These cabins have one or 2 units per floor. Building entrance is either on the first or second floor depending on the building.

The unit has 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped full size kitchen, with a maximum occupancy of 6. There are 2 full baths. One bathroom has entry from the master bedroom and has a jetted tub and a shower. The second bathroom has entry from near the kitchen. It has a shower only. There is a shared washer and dryer on the 1st and 2nd floor entry areas. There is a deck/balcony with access from either the living room or the bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace.

There are shuttles buses that run around the resort. You can use these to go anywhere on the resort. There is a Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge trolley stop near the resort entrance. You can get a weekly pass for the trolley. Discounts to area attractions are available in the resort lobby.

I am the owner of this unit and as my guest you will have full owner’s privileges. This includes up to 6 passes to the waterpark, no resort fee, no cleaning fees, free Wi-Fi, use of the fitness center, shuttle bus service on site and free parking. Spa services are extra. There are going to be “hotel” taxes and VRBO fees charged.

Early check-in MAY be available. Check-in at the desk after 2 pm. They will tell if your unit is ready. They will put the unit on priority for cleaning and text or call you when it is ready. This is a benefit due to my owner status. You DO NOT have to go to any sales meeting. If asked just say no. You are my guest. Ask for your water park tickets if your room isn't ready. Go play in the waterpark while they finish your room. Or use one of the outside pools.

Once the reservation is changed to your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated. You do not have to arrive the first night of your stay. Your reservation will still be held for the one week. If you don’t arrive, it will sit empty. However, there will not be any nights added for unused nights and no refunds.

You can bring pets. There is a pet cleaning fee of $150 ($250 if unauthorized pet is found in your villa) and a $150 security deposit hold for pet (released at check out). Up to 2 dogs are allowed per unit and the combined weight of both pets must not exceed 60 pounds. No other types of animals are permitted on property. Breed restrictions apply. Located in Gatlinburg, this resort is near theme parks and in the mountains. Some of the area's popular attractions include Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Anakeesta, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction, Titanic Museum, Impossibilities Magic Show at the Iris Theater, The Escape Game, and Dollywood. Explore Gatlinburg by doing one of several scavenger hunts. There are several mountain coaster rides in the area, as well as zip lines. Various sightseeing tours are available of the area and the national park. Taste your way through the streets of Gatlinburg on a moonshine walking tour. There are tons of places in the national park to stop and go swimming the many rivers. Take a hike to one of the many waterfalls. Take a picnic and relax by one of the streams. Or go hiking on one of the many trails. Visit Ober Mountain Adventure Park and Ski Area for New Downhill Mountain Biking, Summer Tubing, Wildlife Encounter, Coaster, Ice Bumper Cars, Alpine Slide, Chairlift, and year-round Ice-Skating.
