Ocean Front & View - Communal Pool - 1-Car Garage Ocean Village is a secret gem of Amelia Island. This well-kept 1st floor condo is located on the south end of Amelia Island close to the Ritz, Amelia Island and the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort. It is a corner unit right next to the communal pool with beach access. A small entry room brings you into the open and bright kitchen, dining area and living room. A mirror wall makes this unit appear even brighter and more spacious. Enjoy your evenings with friends or family on the beautiful covered porch surrounded by a small grass patch overlooking the sand dunes. The Master bedroom has direct access to the porch but best it has large windows, so you can enjoy Amelia Island’s spectacular sunrises without having to get up in the morning. A second and third bedroom, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed, are down the hall to the right of the large kitchen area. This beautiful condo is perfect for family or group gatherings. No doubt everyone will enjoy discovering the treasures the beach has to offer and the pool. Enjoy the evening at one of the many restaurants that are close by after a busy day discovering the island. This is a 30 day vacation rental but you will agree, after a month vacation in this wonderful condo will be memorable for everyone and this by itself is priceless. Cleaning our properties At Amelia Island Vacations we take the safety of our guest and staff very seriously all of our cleaning staff uses PPE when in the properties. We follow all the CDC recommend guidelines for our properties. For disinfection, we use EPA-registered disinfectants which we use to clean all electronics including our Key-less entry system and thermostats. We have a laundry facility that we do all of our laundry in that comes with our 275 pound plus commercial washers and dryers are set up and controlled to wash laundry at approximately 160 degrees (vs the 110-120 degrees in the average washer) and a dryer at approximately 176 degrees (vs the 130-140 in an average dryer). Without getting overly scientific about it, our higher water and heat temperature increases the disinfection of germs leading to Covid-19. We clean and disinfect hampers or other carts for transporting laundry according to guidance above for hard or soft surfaces after each use. We are pleased to inform you that we have a key-less entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and not require you to pick up and return keys to our office. This convenience is intended to allow you more time to enjoy your stay.
