This is one of two of our favorite properties on Maui.
You’ll have amazing amenities and steps away from the Ocean.
The Swimming pools are amazing with slides and pirate ships !
There is also two restaurants on site that you can either sit down out side or order take away.
This is a beautiful property set on Kaanapali beach. One of the most famous And sought after places in the world⛰🐢🌺
The snorkeling it’s right out front of the resort.
Enjoy sunset ritual with the lighting of the tiki torches every night!
If you are a pool person we have plenty of chairs and a generous amount of umbrellas to get shade for those who need it!

If you should decide to cook out on the Barbecue Grills Ocean Front You can pick up fresh fish from the local fish market or grocery.
Also Experience Java Jazz for local live music 7 to 10 nightly.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner without reservations is always welcome.
Bring your swim goggles and jump in the pool daily it’s a comfortable heated temperature.
Enjoy a resort experience instead of private condo with limited towels for the pool and washing everything yourself.
The Slide in the pool is fun for all!

Any issue with the property resort service, accommodations, unit assigned by the resort, amenities etc. Are the direct responsibility of the developer/resort and must be handled through the resort, not vacations4less. Photos are a representation of the units that are available for the Studio and The one bedroom premium. Any variation from the photo an actual property or premises are unintentional. Any disruption including but not limited to renovation , unit moves and amenities not available, change in decor, etc. during the stay whether known to the resort prior to the reservation occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, as a matter strictly between the guest @the resort and do not merit a charge of deceptive advertising or breach of ethics.

This beachfront resort not only offers a multitude of ocean water sports such as snorkeling, kayaking etc. And also just minutes from the historic whaling town of Lahaina, we’re guests can enjoy world famous restaurants, some of our favorites will be sent to you after booking!
Art galleries, cultural activities are easily accessible via complementary shuttle between the three Westin properties in Lahania through out the day and evening .
Please be advised All rentals are subject to an additional State of Hawaii occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $12-$32 per night depending on the size of your unit and must be paid directly to the resort. Some reservations may be charged $38 Hskp fee if Multiple reservations and unit types are booked.
Also during this time self parking is available at $20 per day and valet is available at $25 per day.

*** IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL TERMS of Stay ****
Guest Acknowledges and Agrees to Understanding that MANDATORY CONDITIONS of BOOKING and STAY are as follows:
1. Guest must have a valid Major Credit Card in Guest Name . . . to present to the Resort Front Desk who will charge an Authorization Hold (for incidentals/damages, etc) of anywhere between $100.00 (usd) to $500.00 (usd), and possibly more, Resort Dependent and completely Resort Discretionary). Resort will also each day, attempt re-authorization of any daily amounts (room charged by Guests) at on-property stores, restaurants, cafe’s, food carts/stations, and or at activity centers and or for actual activities booked (and or participated in). If no room charges are made by guest(s) on any given day, the Resort generally doesn't not attempt any additional authorization holds against the prior Guest tendered credit card for those dormant room charge days.
This Authorization Hold is Mandatory and is completely at the Resorts Discretion. Host has nothing to do with this Resort Requirement, nor with collecting any credit card information from Guest, nor with any rules or functionings pertaining to collection of credit card information and or for any and all requirements for Guest Name to be on the credit card that Resort is willing to Accept. Cash IS NOT an Alternative for checkin, a Major Credit Card must be tendered, and must be valid, and in Guest Name. Host will never see, nor be shared with (nor know) any of Guest Credit Card info of either Airbnb or Resort credit card tenderings. Host is not involved nor does Host collect payments related to Guest stay in any form, manner, or fashion; nor under any circumstance(s).
2. Guest acknowledges that he/she is responsible (to the Resort at checkin) for all Resort Daily State Taxes (not already collected by Airbnb for this specific reservation).
Daily Taxes can range from between $17.00 (usd) to $30.00 (usd) per day depending upon unit size booked, and is a specific combination of State Tourism and Sales Taxes, State mandated and assessed. This tax will be advance collected by the Resort at Guest checkin and is due and payable in full by the Registered Guest.
Host has no control in setting the daily tax rate, nor does the Resort; and this fee is non-negotiable by any party. The daily tax rate is mandated by the State, and is subject to being changed at any time (by the State). Daily tax amounts charged will be at whatever the State has set for each day of occupancy.
3. Guest is wholly responsible to Resort and to Airbnb for any property thefts, property damages (done) and or on property rules violations resulting in Resort assessed fines for damages to Resort Property and or for Smoking Violations (by registered Guest(s) and or their invited and or uninvited visiting guests during Guest period of stay). Guest further acknowledges and understands, and agrees . . . that part of the Authorization Hold taken by the Resort at checkin (on Guest Major Credit Card) is for purposes of securing financial protection(s) against any such verifiable incidents; and that Guest credit card will be charged for any Guest room charges, thefts, damages and or rules violations.
4. Guest is forewarned that Guest Name on the Airbnb Booking must match the name on the tendered Credit/Debit Card.
There is no exception to this Resort Policy and if name match (Booking Name, Credit Card, and State or Federal Issued Valid ID) differs on any of these 3 requirements, checkin will be denied by Resort Front Desk, and the Reservation remains non-refundable as per Terms of Service, Terms of Booking Requirements. 3rd Party Bookings are specifically AirBnB prohibited, Host prohibited, and Resort prohibited.
5. Guest acknowledges that he, family and any visiting and or staying guests (invited or uninvited) are subject to following all rules of the Resort, at all times. Once on property, Resort Rules become effective and become an amended and incorporated part of Host, Airbnb, Resort and Guest Agreement, House Rules (Terms of Service to this Booking). It is further acknowledged by Guest that Resort Rules may change after checkin; any and all Resort Rules apply at all times, up to the moment.
GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES and AGREES to these non-negotiable Terms, and by continuing, and in BOOKING this stay, Guest further acknowledges to being fully bound to the workings and responsibilities, and additional fees and Mechanisms of ID and Payment Matching, and all other attendant responsibilities (highlighted above) that is involved in/with this stay, upon its Booking.
